Cookies are used on our website to allow users with a better browsing experience and service.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small files of text sent from the site to the terminal of interest (usually the browser), where they are stored to then be retransmitted to the site upon the same user’s next visit. A cookie cannot revoke any other data from the user’s hard drive nor transmit computer viruses nor acquire email addresses. Each cookie is unique to the user’s web browser.
What cookies do we use?
Technical session cookies
The cookies used on the website softlivingplaces.com, hotelbyron.net, plazaederussie.com, lunasiaristorante.com, lamagnoliaristorante.com www.blastnessbooking.com, have the purpose of performing computer authentication or of monitoring sessions and storing specific technical information regarding users accessing the Blastness servers, site maintenance manager, and hotel booking services.
Pursuant to Article 122, paragraph 1, of the Privacy Code (in the formulation in act following the entry into force of Legislative Decree 69/2012), “technical” cookies may also be used in the absence of the consent of the person concerned.
For maximum transparency, a series of technical cookies and specific cases of operation on the site are listed below:
- cookies embedded in the terminal of the user/contractor directly (which will not be used for any additional purposes) such as session cookies utilised for online reservations on the site, authentication cookies, personalisation cookies (for example, for the choice of navigation language); these cookies remain active only for the duration of the session.
- cookies used to statistically analyse the accesses/visits to the site (so-called “analytics” cookies) that carry out purely statistical purposes (thus, not also for profiling or marketing) and collect information in aggregate form without the possibility of ascertaining the identification of the individual user. In these cases, since the current legislation requires that for the cookie analytics, a clear and adequate indication of the simple ways to oppose their device (including any mechanisms of anonymization for the cookies themselves) is provided to the person concerned, we specify below how to disable the cookies installed. The analytics session cookies last 30 minutes.
